We offer classes for every level of pole & fitness! Join us for pole dancing, pole fitness, flexibility, chair & so much more. 

 

Pole Dance
Level 1

Are you curious about Pole Dancing? Not much (or any) pole experience? This is the perfect place to start! We will introduce you to our new dance partner - the pole! You will learn basic moves and transitions, and your first spin. We will finish up by placing all these moves into a dance combo. You will be having so much fun, you won't even realize you're getting a great workout!

 

Pole Dance
Level 2

Pole dance classes are the foundation of Verticality Pole Fitness! Classes are divided into levels, with new pole and floor moves introduced at each level. In Pole Dance - Level 2, we will build on what we learned in Level 1 by adding more spins, transitions, floor moves and explore climbs!

 

 

Pole Dance
Level 2 & Level 3

Pole Dance - Level 2/3 is perfect for those of you in Level 2 who are wanting to perfect your Level 2 moves but also ready to be challenged with beginning Level 3 curriculum. You are feeling more sexy and confident about your abilities, as you learn your first climbs, forearm stand and start building your core strength in preparation to invert! Be prepared for new pole, dance, and floor movements! The combinations and routines are more advanced, as you are now a Vixen!

 

Pole Dance
Level 3

Pole dance classes are the foundation of Verticality Pole Fitness! Classes are divided into levels, with new pole skills, transitions and floor moves introduced at each level. In Pole Dance - Level 3, we will build on our basic moves and spins, and progress to learning more challenging spins. We also start exploring leg holds, including climbs, and basic inverts.

Pole Dance
Level 4 & Level 5

You will love your new found strength in your upper body as you challenge your muscles and lift your body weight off the ground. Prepare to invert and master your spins & tricks with proper technique and form. Do you have a move you want to improve on? I am sure you have many! We will help you get the moves that fit you and your fitness level.

 

Belly Dance
All Levels

Ever wanted to learn Belly Dancing? Here is the place to start. Kat will introduce you to the world of Belly Dance, and teach you the mesmerizing movements of belly dancers

 

Chair Erotica
All Levels

Take a seat! Get ready to unshackle your sensuality with a chair dance routine that will leave your body sizzling with hotness. Bring your inner diva and feel the burn working the chair with your erotic, fierce energy.

Pack the goodies: Heels, knee pads, and leg warmers

 

 

Floorwork with Finesse
All Levels

Floor work with Finesse with teach you how to create and define new movements on the floor. This class aims to expand your current dance vocabulary, and teach you new movements that flow together seamlessly. Each week you’ll expand on old tricks, and learn new exciting floor work.

In order to participate in this class you must have knee pads!

 

Liquid Motion
All Levels

Liquid Motion® will teach to you how to define your own movements in ways that you could never imagine. Liquid Motion® is a methodology that can apply to any aspect of life, from everyday movement to technical dance vocabulary. This program teaches how to achieve seamless and natural movement quality by applying basic dance theory and sensual movement exploration. Through self-confidence, knowledge of techniques and power of individuality, you will have the tools to further your education and exploration on your own. Liquid Motion® aims to help our students grow on a daily basis, not just in a class.

 

Pole Cardio: Lissercize
All Levels

Come dance your way to fitness in this high-energy cardio class that uses your favorite dance partner, the pole! Work you core, tone up, and get your heart pumping while you dance to fun music. 

 

 

Pole Fit
All Levels

Want to develop the strength you need to do those pole spins, climbs and inverts? Or do you just want to challenge yourself while sculpting and toning your entire body? Either way, Pole Fit is for you. This is not a pole dance class – instead we use the poles as part of our workout. We recommend taking this class along with your pole dance classes to help you build the strength, endurance and flexibility needed for the demands of pole dancing and advanced pole tricks.

Pole Choreography
Levels 2 & up

Want to develop the strength you need to do those pole spins, climbs and inverts? Or do you just want to challenge yourself while sculpting and toning your entire body? Pole Flex
All Levels

Flexibility Training is a class focused on improving your range of motion, active flexibility and promote joint stability. In this class you’ll work on improving various flexibility goals including splits, back bends, shoulder mobility and so much more.

 


 

 



 

Pole for Your Soul
Levels 2 & up

"Dance is the hidden language of the soul" - Martha Graham

Let your soul speak as you move with the pole. In this class you will learn choreography to express all the things your soul has to say. 

 

Sensual Floor to Pole
Levels 2 & up

Learn to slink, swirl, and all the elements of low-flow and floor work! This lab will include low-flow, floor work and steamy up-and-down transitions! Heels are welcome, but not required.

Required Items: Knee pads, socks

 

Shoe Obsession
Levels 3 & up

In this class you will glide, slide, clack, climb and everything in between as you explore how shoes can change your movement, your mood and your attitude. You will be guided through movement on the floor and around the pole as well as experimenting with your favorite tricks all while wearing shoes!

Whether it’s a dangerously exotic pair of platform stilettos or your championship performance running shoes, bring whatever footwear is a source of great pleasure and inspiration to you.

 

 

Tighten & Tone
All Levels

Join Tiffany to get tight & tone! This class is all about tightening your muscles, and toning your body! Whether you want to get fit, or lean out, this class is perfect for you!
 

 

 

Spin Pole
Levels 3 & up

Join us on your spin pole journey! You'll be learning not only spins and combos, but learning how to enhance them on a spin pole! We'll be taking some of your favorite moves as well as introducing new ones all on spin pole.

Vertical Flow  
Levels 3 & up

This session will focus on transitional movement around the pole incorporating spins, twists, pirouettes, rolls, and more. Furthermore, it will guide you to channel movement into basic inversions, leg hangs, and climbs with sensuality and grace.

Pack the goodies: knee pads & legwarmers. Heels are optional.

 

 

 

Pole Labs

Pole Labs are 90 Minute Sessions whether it's floor work or advanced pole you'll love these 90 minute intensives. 

 
 

Level 4/5 Strength & Technique

Pole Goals

This lab is for your wildest pole dreams. Is there a trick that you want so bad, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? Share your challenges with the class and together we will work to break down the trick and figure out what’s keeping you from nailing it. Then you nail it
